Since joining the firm in 1993 Mr. Van Wynen’s practice has been focused on all matters relating to real estate, including but not limited to, conveyancing, mortgage financing, immigration, resort acquisition/development and financing. Mr. Van Wynen also specializes in trusts and estate matters.

Mr. Van Wynen obtained an B.A. in English Literature from Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana in 1989 and his LLB with Honours from Buckingham University, Buckingham, England in 1992.

Mr. Van Wynen is a member of the Bahamas Bar, the Bar of England and Wales and the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
