Carlene D. Farquharson joined the firm of Alexiou, Knowles & Company in 2006.

Ms. Farquharson is responsible for the Abaco office and is primarily involved in the Conveyancing, Probate, Trust, Company and Compliance/Regulatory practice areas.

Upon obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (concentration in Corporate Finance) from Acadia University, Nova Scotia, Canada, in May 2003, Ms. Farquharson received her Masters Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Bristol, Bristol, England in July, 2005. Ms Farquharson then successfully completed the Bar Vocational Course at the University of the West of England in July, 2006.

Ms. Farquharson is presently enrolled in an International Money Laundering and Compliance Diploma course.

She is a member of the Bars of the Bahamas and England and Wales, the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and the Bahamas Association of Compliance Officers.
