Lex Management Limited provides value added services to Alexiou, Knowles & Co. as an affiliate. Lex Management Limited was incorporated in 1973 under The Companies Act, 1992 of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. It is also licensed under the Financial and Corporate Service Providers Act, 2000.

The Company’s registered office and principal place of business is located in the Chambers of Alexiou, Knowles & Co. at St. Andrew’s Court, Frederick Street Steps, Nassau, Bahamas.
